It seems whatever determines whether a country is safe or not is completely made up if the Government can just change the law to suit their policy.

I’m generally no good with advice, but I wonder if you have any hobbies or interests it could be worth seeing if there’s any local clubs doing that activity. While it won’t fix anything it may give you a little break while being with like-minded people doing whatever it may be.
