Again, it’s just a computer. You can open it and replace parts. You can plug in a USB hub and a monitor and do spreadsheets with keyboard and mouse.
My favourite bit of weirdness from it being just a computer is that the screen is actually a vertical screen by default, so when you boot to the desktop, for half a second the cursor is rotated the wrong way.
Steam OS is just a Linux desktop with the Steam client in fullscreen. With two clicks you are on an ordinary KDE desktop. It’s not at all like Android or ChromeOS. If it were, Android would be a much bigger market for Steam to want to put their games. Everyone outside the US having their Steam library in their pocket would far outweigh however many thousand Decks they’ve sold.
Your ignorance on this tracks with the less obvious clues that you don’t know what you’re talking about, like your talk of “Linux games on Steam”. Linux games on Steam vs playing Steam games on Linux are two different things.
The only way to understand their comment is that they think it’s a ticket that they only printed as many as they have seats. Otherwise its a non sequitur as it doesn’t explain the purpose of printing a second slip that says you don’t have an assigned seat.
Read the full text. This, despite appearances, is not in itself a ticket.
You know that American Catholics are like a tiny portion of the worldwide church right?
Yes many people use LLMs to parse documentation. That is really the case.
The question had nothing to do with whether or not to nominate Harris or Biden for the election. The question was a hypothetical “would someone with a fully functional brain be using these 2 months productively?” question. This applies whether it was Biden that lost or Harris that lost or Bernie that lost.
The election is over and lost. You can give the “vote for anyone except Trump” hair-trigger response a rest now as it turns out they didn’t.
Ireland has peacekeepers between Israel and Lebanon right now. They wouldn’t be there if “create peace” was one of the missions.
Peace must exist, however briefly, and then the peacekeepers place themselves in harm’s way to keep the peace.
Extend the mission to militarily “create peace” and suddenly you are just NATO/USA. How can either side trust a peace that was enforced upon them and not call it a defeat, whose borders are disputed for eternity? Every nationalist who wants to stir sentiment can just say “look what the British/Americans/UN imposed on us”. Outside forces drawing borders is pretty much the cause of 90% of warfare, civil and otherwise, for the last 80 years.
Slit for hacking, holes for unifying the 32 counties
The usual distinguishing factor is choices vs innate. If they’ve decided to make “cheap plastic surgery that already is outdated from cheap plastic surgery trends” their identity, that is their choice.
They both look like they’ve had a lot of gender-affirming care.
You haven’t posted two interviews. You’ve posted two screenshots, and made vague contentions that they indicate some kind of conspiracy.
The first rule of this community is “Please only post links to actual news sources”. When are you going yo do this?
English could be my 10th language and I think I’d be more “transparent” than you still.
Why are you posting memes to a news community, again?
(Would you like me to write in Ukrainian if you read it better?)
Well, did you see the only question in my last comment? I know you don’t like answering questions, but if you’re going to ask what needs explaining, I’m fairly sure you’re familiar with what, when, how, who and why.
If “fishing” means “trying to get someone to explain why he’s posting memes to a news community, again”… yes.
I’m sure I’m being very transparent, Yogthos. Why would I be opaque or obtuse? Life’s too short to spend a long time with some hidden agenda. For example, I’m sure if you were clearer about what you think is the direct cause and effect relationship between CNN interviewing or not a foreign leader and the decline of western civilisation, while I might not understand it, perhaps superior intellects might. As it stands, we don’t know, because you haven’t tried. You’ve just linked to a meme.
The general trend of the behaviour of the userbase when it first began appearing. I’m pretty block-happy. I’m sure it’s an over-generalisation but I’ve learned over the years that I’d rather miss out than feel constantly annoyed.
