Hello and thank you for new home! This seems to be a rather nice place without too many zero effort posts/ comments so far, and people are nice to each other. I really look forward to contribute to communities in here.

There is just one thing I wonder while getting to know this platform and were peeking the create communities page: why would someone want to make a community with setting “Only moderators can post to this community”? For announcements? FAQ did not have an answer.

Jos tänne päätyy muita uusia suomalaisia käyttäjiä pyörimään niin oletan, että osaavat sen verran englantia ymmärtääkseen kysymyksen :-D Ajattelin, että jos joku muukin pohtii samaa niin saapi kenties tiedon ja englanti tavoittaa useammat.

Accidently from memes, nowadays (sadly). I found out about Simpsonwave and Phonk that way and the latest that I found out was this trio of retired Englishmen who decided to start do freestyle hip hop music on their spare time. While I am more of the “milk from a dirty glass” -kind of lifestyle of a person, I like the attitude behind those filfthy lyrics and how they break age norms. The trio is called The Northern Boys and I would say Party Time is a good song to start 🤣

YouTube was a major source for me, before they did something with their algorithm and how they messed up search function by adding more recommended and promoted content rather than show only the actual results. I love to find good music videos. Like Felix Colgrave made a really cool music video for Fever The Ghost’s song SOURCE.

Tämähän olisi oikeasti aika mielenkiintoinen vaihtoehto, muutenkin kuin draamajanoisuuden vuoksi. Oon miettinyt, että miten (ja selkeästi ei mitenkään) noin iso maa kykenee huolehtimaan tasaisesti kansalaistensa alueiden kehittymisestä ja kunnossapidosta. Jos tuo jakautuminen noihin pienempiin valtioihin tapahtuisi, joita on artikkelissa 43 kpl, olisi Venäjälläkin mahdollisuus kehittyä terveemmän kilpailun ja korostetun paikallisen hallitsemisen myötä.

Syksyä odotellessa, joka on muutenkin paras vuodenaika tunnelmansa vuoksi. Muutenkin kiva kun saa alkaa etsiä pitkiä kalsareita ja villapaitoja sateisiin iltoihin.

Tänään on netti tökkinyt vähän muutenkin. Ensin luulin, että kun selasin tätä sopulia että johtuisi lisääntyneestä ihmisvirrasta. Mutta samoin myös muut sivut lataa todella hitaasti ja videoiden streamaus pätkii.
