Libs want you to respect the dead because they are so far removed from death that they would rather pretend it simply doesn’t happen. Death is something that happens to “others”, not to our public figures or family.

100% the concept of death and the gravity attached to that only illicits an emotional response in libs when it’s someone they are trained to like and conversely when thousands die because of capitalist greed they couldn’t give a shit.
This is what infuriates me about this situation so much.
I’d tolerate libs saying “well we never knew any other head of state so it’s sad in a changing of the times way”. I wouldn’t like it but I’d tolerate their shit just to get through my day without another stress line on my forehead but when they get upset and treat the death of someone rich or public like it somehow matters more than the multiple deaths of the “unimportant” working class of other countries and their own it makes me want to slap them really hard.
