I’m fine with public healthcare if it’s good quality. But it would be nice if I could go deep into my pockets and pay extra for something I really care about.

In the city where I live the worst universities are the private ones ironically
It’s to the point where universities have scaling charts for the major private high-schools based on how much they inflate grades.
