    Doesn’t look to bad tbh. Not restaurant food, but a good midweek lunch.

      Honestly I think if you tossed this whole thing in a frying pan and cooked it up like grilled cheese it would improve by several orders of magnitude.

        The onion looks like it started to caramelize, maybe more salt on it to let it sweat before cooking. And the pepper has a lil bit of char on it. Good effort, 6/10.
