Helping people who are legally immigrating to the US obtain housing and jobs seems like a really good idea. And this article uses every derogatory buzzword it can, “splurged,” “bilked,” etc. when this is just sound government policy. The NY Post sucks.
What are you basing that off of? Because I’m seeing the bulk of this money is going to refugee services. Those individuals have legal status to be in the US, and I’d rather they have homes and jobs than be on the street increasing the burden on our emergency services

Migrants are a euphemism for illegal immigrants. They aren’t legally immigrating.
