Well, I turned fog/volumetrics and depth of field off and it’s 60 fps with occasional dips now, and it actually looks better because the fog was washing out the colors. It’s about the same performance I get in Cyberpunk 2077 with the settings maxed (minus ray tracing), which is a game that came out around the same time as my graphics card. Shambolic is a stretch, IMO. It’s mildly annoying, but also I can fix it by turning off settings that don’t really matter.
