I think it is unavoidable. China is the most powerful country on earth, similar to how USA was in the 1910s. We should expect more Chinese involvement in world affairs, similar to how USA emerged to become dominant power in the first half of the 20th century.

We are fed the lie that the US is the most powerful country in the world since birth. Great to see it isn’t the truth.
Not sure when you were born, but it was true when I was born. But the world is rapidly changing and it no longer is true.
