• The funniest part is the map. There were cases where there was footage of Russian troops in the middle of a city, and the mayor officially announcing that they’d lost control.

    But then the Ukrainian government said “nuh-uh, fake, we still hold it”, so they changed the map back.

      • Unfortunately, in this case the “source” is the Wikipedia page’s history log. It happens fairly often.

        • Someone changes the map to reflect photographic and video evidence, and occasionally the statement from the mayor
        • Someone higher classed than them changes it back, citing the Ukrainian government’s claim
