Pretty sure we had the E9112 and E9116 back in the day. Now I have a legit B92FS but it doesn’t squirt water. For work reasons.

I do remember these! What I didn’t know until about 30 seconds ago was that there was an actual firearms manufacturer called “Intratec”
So Entertech made this water gun pictured above:
…and Intratec made this actual real firearm:
Which is a TEC-9.
These are water guns?
These were, but you could also get other brands that were cap guns that looked just as realistic and made loud snapping/popping sounds.
Oh snaps! I had the E9115. It’s crazy to think toy guns used to look so realistic.
They changed that because a cop shot a kid.
Now they just shoot em for fun.
Oh man, I had the 9115 and the 9112. The 9115 was all 80s electric colors tho.
I vaguely remember the name Entertek but I don’t think these specific toys were around by the time I was old enough to want toy guns. All my toy guns were after the law that requires them to have orange tips or other bright colors if they even resembled a real gun; but it was incredibly hard to find toy guns that looked like real guns, too. I bet my older cousins had some, though. One of them also had all the original Transformers.
The only thing about terrorists I remember hearing about when I was a kid was hijackers on a plane. Seems like that was our norm. I don’t remember knowing what guns they used. These toy guys were like the military had, totally fine. 🤷♀️
I had toys like these but they had orange tips to show that they’re toys.
I’d be very worried if someone pulled some of these.
