A few notes after reading the article:
the majn issue seems to stem from the usage of the vehicle, not quite from the vehicle itself. It’s a recon vehicle with a big gun to defend itself should it run into anything resembling opposition. Recon vehicles aren’t meant to be used in a frontal assault, be they French or not.
the article author still felt the need to shit on Soviet armoured vehicles. I guess otherwise the readers might get ideas.
