Oats are already instant, you can just pour normal oats and milk into a bowl and microwave it! Buy them rolled and let them sit in the microwave a little more if you want them goopier. I actually like my oats extra solid so I microwave jumbo oats for like 30s and consume.

You can make oats with water, it sort of turns into oat milk!
Yeah it says to use milk or water, but it doesn’t taste anywhere near as good with water.
It also doesn’t involve anywhere near as much needless cruelty
