I saw that kind of shit in the Marines, a bunch of “good business” arrangements for retiring higher ups. Apparently the online personnel website (marine online) is owned and operated by a retired sergeant major. It’s severely outdated and has massive security vulnerabilities. Petty sure they haven’t updated it since 2003, and that fat sack just keeps collecting a paycheck with his pension.
