From what I glean from the sidebar and recent struggle session, it’s like the dredge tank but you can only dunk on public persons
so we’re back at the dunk tank with the rule 8 that most people hated?
Basically, only now the other tank that allows you to dunk on literally-whos requires you to refute the take being dunked on.
