If the choice is illegal, then the only sane option is to do everything you can to prevent unwanted pregnancy. As a man you have the responsibility of making sure your partner does not get pregnant if she doesn’t want to.
The revolution is not won by birthing as many children as possible from communist parents. Many children from communist parents do not become communists themselves. Focus on educating the working class as a whole.
Get vasectomies/bisalps while you still can. Even if you think you might want kids later.
