Therapy in general is a solid plan. I have a job where I witness some traumatic stuff, and although in general it doesn’t bug me I know that eventually I’m going to hit a situation that’s harder for me to deal with , and I don’t want to have to do the getting to know you thing while I deal with that. I pay $20 a month to go sit with my guy and discuss whatever shit went on and here an unbiased opinion about how I’m doing. It’s the easiest thing ever and one day might really save my bacon.
