    Gonna test myself before I read the article. I suspect its a combination of reduced fuel, change in orbit, and the less planned risks in whatever new position it ends up in into it goes back to where it was supposed to be originally.

    Ouch, I was mostly wrong, and the part I was right about, was barely right.

    Edit; also- I really thought the tracking was better than that!
