It does sounds nice at first glance but think about it, do you really want to live in a “Player One” movie, let alone allow huge companies to know everything about you, and I mean everything, I’m talking neurological information. We know very little of our physical world and we already want to scape to a virtual one because reality sucks?, I’m not buying it.

On a side note, I have a cousin who is really into VR, I can tell you, it’s not the cousin I knew, he changed and it’s depressing, he doesn’t want to interact with reality anymore, it’s crazy.

VR like many things, is bad when not used responsibly. If you just play a couple games and have some occasional fun, it is great. But if you live in VRChat and don’t have any real friends, that’s when it becomes a problem.
