The article is all about pay and benefits in academia, but it’s the same problems and complaints faced in basically every industry by everybody these days.

Trickle down economics has proven to be trickle up economics. The wealth of workers, academic or otherwise, has been increasingly siphoned away. Our society needs a reckoning.
