Similar for 10, with the added feature of killing in series for a particular reason, sometimes a peculiar fetishised or otherwise dysfunctional reason, serial killer.
Many more than that, you may be a soldier, a terrorist, a gangster, or even criminally negligent, and a genocidal leader of a bucreaucratic police state or junta, but serial killing is a particular sport within the game of deathmaking.

Its not semantics at all. Serial killing and genocide are two completely different things. There is nothing about them that are similar apart from death occurring.

Most serial killers are low skilled unsophisticates. Going on about the culpability of world leaders as if they are Pablo Escobar is a little bit of a digression.
So you think we should have serial killer workshops or apprenticeships to raise standards, rather than rely on nebulous bureaucratic genocidal techniques? You are conflating two different things really. Obviously, if your victims are rotting, you need a bigger fridge, or some large vats of formdehyde.

What’s stopping you from developing your own commercial software product? Even if it didn’t succeed, surely an engineering or software company is going to be more interested on something you actually did, v. something you just claim competence for, which is all a CV is.
