Kratom is cool if you’re trying to quit opiates or alcohol.

I can’t recommend kava if you don’t live in a place where it’s cheap, but if that isn’t an issue it has reverse tolerance and actually gets more fun the more you use it.

    If growing it is an option, it’s very easy and teaches you how to grow most culinary mushrooms as well. One shoebox-sized container would get you a year’s supply by summer. That’s where the real power of psilocybin is. I love growing to give away through family, friends, and trauma support networks. You can help a lot of people fast and so economically that charging for them seems absurd.
