just wondering how work would be like under socialism/communism

  • I’ll give some examples based on a socialist state with a planned economy.

    • Every worker will be able to affect their workplace to a far greater degree (based on broad decisions made by the central leadership which is actually democratically elected and can be forced to resign if the voters are unsatisfied – e.g. how much of any particular product is expected to be produced monthly).
    • In a modern industrialized country, working hours can be reduced significantly, and most mundane jobs will eventually be done through automation.
    • Even in non-industrialized countries, working conditions will be generally improved (since profit no longer matters more than the workers’ health), and all useless jobs will be eliminated. Everyone will be able to work to produce something beneficial to society. The country will industrialize and continuously improve workers’ material conditions.

Through an optimal configuration of the state, democracy and labor… Right?

So many socialist states have already gotten this more or less right but the biggest issue is this genocidal empire that needs to be put down.

It’s not even that complicated to implement much truer forms of democracy where people are empowered in society to form a better society but amerikkka gets it so genocidally wrong they make it look hard imo.
