Bidirectional motors power the swimming of many bacterial cells.

Posting this as I find it astonishing how nature invented electrical motors with gearshift way before humans did.

    I get what you’re saying, but also nature has been around for a lot longer than humans, and nature is “infinite monkeys on typewriters” in real life.
