    If they think this war will wait two years for them to industrialize they are different kinds of high.

    It’s a process that has already begun and will continue for two more years. As the article states, the US has already gone from a pre-war production of 14,400 rounds per month to 90,000 now. So yields are ongoing. They are also working in the mean time to transfer supplies from current stockpiles until production levels ramp up.
