If I were to summarize in layman’s terms, it seems like… Important virtual meetings can make people stressed. Boring virtual meetings can make people drowsy. Exciting virtual meetings or in-person meetings in general don’t tend to have these effects. I may have oversimplified from my skimming, but that’s what I’ve taken away.
