    Very in-depth article that doesn’t just point out the problem but explains the huge scope of it, how it’s more of a problem with older stations, the lack of proper safety measures such as maintenance, and how the problem shifts costs far into the future and the looming financial cliffs that we face with remediating contamination on such sites.
