If it’s not a myth it would have to have a bunch of confounding factors like sedentary lifestyle, poor diet choices, and overall stressful life.

I don’t have any statistics on hand but anecdotally the French eat super late and health wise they’re doing fine. It’s like that old “the Mediterranean diet is the best for you.” Well maybe it’s decent relatively soaking, but having access to healthcare and a better work-life balance makes a huge difference as well.

eating right before bed makes you more vulnerable to acid reflux but there are other things that make more of a difference. notably dysbiosis, slow stomach emptying, pressure being put on the stomach from tight clothes or belly fat stretching and damaging the sphincter, stress of course

Currently I eat at around 6-7PM. I like doing this because it frees up the rest of the night for me (for activities) and I can go to bed at around 11PM without feeling too hungry. But I wake up with low blood sugar which sucks. So I might try eating later (at 8PM) and see how it goes.

Hrm yeah, there’s apparently nothing wrong with eating a big meal even right before bed. Def give it a try and see if it helps.

Lmao sure you can steal it, I highly doubt that they’ve recorded every email they’ve ever received, and then drone strike you because you copied an email. Remember, it OUR email, comrade.

But in all seriousness, yes that email works for all the US consulates, they all connect to the main embassy in Washington which this email redirects too.
